Lovely, surreal and inventive little short animation by French illustrator Bruno Salamone and Belgian children’s book illustrator Kitty Crowther, in which a little man sits on a bench and is visited by a parade of monsters, beasts and naked ladies.

"Here's a short animation done by French illustrator, Bruno Salamone and Belgian illustrator, Kitty Crowther, music by Sissi Lewis. It seems as if a bunch of doodles done within a moleskin have come to life.
This is a wonderful representation of what happens when artists and writers close their eyes for a bit and let their mind wander--at least it has great resonance with me in particular and so I thought it'd be a joyous thing to share on this blog as well for like-minded individuals.
Remember that it's okay to take breaks once and a while; sit and ponder things, let the mind float, be free with concepts. It's important to absorb information around you and allow your mind to process that information into creative cues. Now go on, find a bench, sit down, and day dream..."
